Links

In case you'd like to find me elsewhere or are simply curious about my work prior to this site, these sets of links will show you!

Bluesky - My main social media of choice, even if I don't use it for anything too productive. I've really fallen off of social media in the past few years, so I mostly just use it to repost cool art, opinion pieces I agree with, and occasionally my own thoughts on whatever I'm doing at that time!

Backloggd - The source of many of my reviews, as well as a fun site in its own right! It lets you collect your backlog of games for anyone to see, also allowing you to write reviews and make lists. I've made quite a few, so feel free to peruse!

AO3 - While my favourite thing to write is reviews, writing fictional stories can be really fun! I'm using Archive of Our Own (shortened to AO3) to host my stories based on pre-existing media, although only one's up at the moment. It's a cool read if you like Sonic, though!

Sonic the Comic Pin-Up Archive - An archival project dedicated to the defunct Sonic the Comic magazine from the UK, particularly its rare posters/pin-ups. Many of these hadn't been properly scanned and preserved, but with the help of Ryan Langley, we managed to archive a sizeable amount of them!

Just for fun (and because I genuinely respect the folks here), I'm going to link some of my inspirations! If you enjoy my work, I think you'll enjoy these as well!

Kimimi the Game-Eating She-Monster - Honestly the inspiration for me even making a site in the first place! I found Kimimi's work late last year and really enjoy the way they write about games, particularly those that have slipped through the cracks. Give their site a look if you want to learn about some obscure gems with wonderfully descriptive writing!

The Geek Critique - A YouTube channel that primarily covers fast-paced action games, and undoubtedly my biggest inspiration. Josh's approach to writing and always looking for the positives in games has been incredibly influential to my own style, and he's just a genuinely cool guy! I might be biased since I'm directly funding his Patreon, but I'd be saying much of this even without that.
